Yoga Practice
All of life is practice, some on the mat and a whole lot off the mat. Our lives can move at a dizzying pace at times, leaving us feeling depleted and overwhelmed if we do not take the time necessary to check in with ourselves, to reset, and to reconnect with what matters most. We know that when we feel in tune with our hearts and our own integrity, we are better equipped to handle life’s challenges and can better serve those around us.
A consistent yoga practice can give us the tools we need to meet each day with increased energy, patience, and grace. If we are open to it, we can find tremendous support for our personal growth in cultivating a regular practice.

When we practice yoga, we slow down. We notice. We release long-held tension, moving stagnant energy, revealing our inner luminosity. We surrender to the moment. We cultivate acceptance, awareness, and ease– focusing our minds, feeling into our bodies, tempering our emotions, and inviting space between our thoughts. It is there, in the still space between thinking and movement that we can summon the strength that always resides within us, a strength that ultimately leads us to greater freedom and peace from the inside out.

Shannon has a compassionate approach, encouraging students to trust their own inner guidance and to be curious about what is possible. She combines meditative, breath-focused movement in intuitively flowing sequences that encourage autonomy, exploration, and inward focus.
